I just got my VIN yesterday and first thing I did is checked the Tesla insurance quotes. Was on Geico before but their quotes for Tesla’s were ridiculous. Hard to beat Tesla to be honest. Will be paying about $150/month full coverage. I’m 27 and living in LA as well.

This is blatant fraud. The only redeeming quality is that the rates are still cheaper than the competition but I'm paying 20-30% more than necessary each month due to these warnings. Tesla has the data. If they show, as an example, 20% of FCW are false alarms then they can put a discounting factor in their formula.
